Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Outdoor private parking in the driveway is available. The apartment is located above the garage of the main house in our super safe, charming neighborhood.

Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. You will love the location with a private entrance. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and private bathroom with shower. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This cozy gem is a private, 800 square foot spacious one bedroom apartment featuring continental b'fast and a full kitchen! Countless restaurants, pubs, grocery stores feet away. Features include new furniture, appliances, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, comfy bed, upgraded linen and other lovely touches. :-) 55 inch TV including complimentary Netflix, Roku apps and of course high speed wifi. #5 Sugar House Bikram Yoga

Our place is in the heart of SugarHouse, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, bus and light rail connections to the airport, city center and skiing. You'll be staying in the building with the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates studio and one yoga class is included in your rental. Pilates classes begin at 6am so you will hear people above you. You are entitled to a pass to Inferno Hot Pilates classes during your stay.
