This studio unit has a comfy queen bed, plus an electric fireplace and private deck. New clubhouse amenities include indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and tennis/pickleball courts.

Just 300 yards from mountain bike trails and Oma's Meadow Ski Lift. The Space This condo is 900 square feet of living space and offers a private balcony overlooking Oma's Meadow. We are conveniently located right across from the main clubhouse.

Newly renovated condo at Sugar Ski and Country Club, the only ski in/ski out complex on the mountain! Check the slope reports and live cams on Sugar Mountain Resort website. 4 wheel drive may be needed in inclement weather. Elevation is 4900 feet for long range views that can be enjoyed from inside the condo. A set of Dimplex electric fire logs means you can simply turn on a cozy fire as soon as you arrive. NO PETS!
