Chickens just outside your door to greet you a "rise & shine" morning & flowers everywhere. Our seasonal gardens are open for you to enjoy picking organic food, along with farm fresh eggs.

Relax under the pines in the hot tub or on the deck featuring a gas firepit and 10-person table. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a well-appointed getaway. The UPB - The Loft (unique, cozy, and private)

The Loft at The UPB provides a unique, cozy and private experience in a barn loft. Our barn is 'western modern'. Patterned after an old historic barn in the Antelope Flats area near Grand Teton. It is gorgeous! We are centrally located to all attractions, 10 minutes from downtown Rapid City and only 25 minutes from the airport. One of the living rooms has 2 fold out twin beds. 7 person hot tub! patio furniture as well. This cabin gives you the privacy you need yet the comforts of being 5 mins from a grocery store. In the Trees, Close to Town!

Beautiful home in Rapid City. Located just outside of the city limits (4 minutes from I-90 access) in secluded and very pleasant wooded area. We are very knowledgeable about the Hills and surrounding area and would be happy to share with you any advice about things to do/see in the area! Winter guests must read full description for road conditions. Absolutely no parties. Please also note there are 18 stairs (all indoor and carpeted) to get from the front door to the living area.

It has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric frying pan, hot plate, and crock pot for minor meal preparation with a breakfast nook and seating area. Also, covered parking and additional space for a toy hauler. A private entrance means you can come and go as you please. Ask about long term rates from October thru April.
