Favorite things to experience are exploring the wilderness, waterfalls, farm animals, the sunrise from the front porch, the sunset view from the upper mountain field, collecting eggs, skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sledding, Lake access at Huyck Preserve (kayak, swimming hiking, picnics), cooking farm fresh meals (farm to table ingredients by the season). Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. Mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting. Air conditioning throughout the house.

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Relax with the whole family at this comfy, newly renovated from top to bottom home. We have lakefront access on a very quiet road. The house has all the comforts needed to relax, enjoy and make memories. Our back deck leads to the grill and down the steps to the grass area. walk 20 steps to the water. Brand new kitchen and appliances allow for easy meal prep. Central AC and heat, smart TV's in all the bedrooms, dedicated space for work, paddle boat, 2 paddle boards & fantastic views!
