AIRCONS ARE PROVIDED FOR COOLING THE HOUSES IN THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS FROM OCTOBER -APRIL, NOT FOR HEATING AS THE FARM IS ON SOLAR. After ten years of dreaming and two years of planning we finally created a modern beach front house by the surf. 127 de Gamma is built with a European style but an African heart. Whilst the bedrooms are downstairs, the open plan upstairs is all about the view. 2 guests may also stay in the unattached annex at the bottom of the garden. They have a totally separate area.

This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.
