Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

Enjoy your stay in this charming Near South bungalow. The house has been newly refurbished with all new furniture, a custom bar, remodeled bathroom, washer/dryer and a home chef's kitchen. It also includes a screened-in front porch to relax while looking onto the front yard full of native flowers and plants. There are 11 steps to get into the home from the street. Street parking only. Owners live on premise.

Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit.
