The Kazbah: self-contained on the Great Ocean Road

The self-contained Kazbah is the private downstairs wing of a two storey house. It's just off the Great Ocean Road, a short walk to sparkling beaches, rock pools, the Split Point Lighthouse, swimming, surfing (or boogie boarding - there are two you can borrow), shops and cafes, with a sheltered outdoor shower. Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

This beautifully designed guest studio is set within a landscaped garden, only 200 metres to Point Roadnight beach. It is the perfect romantic get away for 2. The studio comprises of a large suite and ensuite bathroom with a private entrance separate from the main residence. The comfortable suite boasts a queens size bed, quality linen and towels, toaster / kettle, m/w oven, smart TV (compatible with guests Netflix subscription) WiFi, breakfast table, couch, heating / AC and private parking.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

'NEST' retreat - peaceful coastal getaway

A peaceful rural outlook, sounds of frogs and birds, while lying in a luxurious bath in a stylish, spacious retreat, super comfy queen bed. 2.5km to Whites beach. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, wifi. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.

Close to the Barwon River if you enjoy a morning run or sunset stroll. Minutes to Highton Village & Pakington St for boutique shopping and dining. Easy ring road access to the Surf Coast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions on offer around Geelong. Sorry not suitable for children or pets.

The North Nest. Lorne unit 100 mts from the beach.

Fully renovated October 2025. Light, airy, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom small unit. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Clean and cozy. Only 100 mtrs to the beach. Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area with induction cooktop all with ocean views. Unfortunately NOT suitable for infants, toddlers and pets for various reasons.
