We have a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge so can comfortably sleep 4 adults and a fully enclosed garden patio with seating. Maximum 1 pet per stay. Has a ring doorbell.

Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
