(Busch Gardens/Water Country USA) The ferry again is free and you drive on and off. It runs 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. The home is open yet cozy to enjoy your family and friends. The house is laid out perfect for reunions or family gatherings. The wrap around deck is great for enjoying a cocktail or morning coffee.

A short walk to the beach where you can fish, swim or launch a boat. 15 minute drive to the free car ferry across to Jamestown Settlement with access to Colonial Williamsburg/Busch Gardens/William and Mary.

Lovely large 2/2 bath, water views in Kingsmill

A lovely oasis, Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort*) is adjacent to and was built by Busch Gardens and offers acres of preserved nature. This 1400 square feet condo, the largest two bedroom two full bathroom available in the newest section by the James River, walk to beach, spa, restaurants, playground. Condo has views of water in 3 seasons. *there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool...to use pool and resort, please book directly through Resort.

Welcome to the Blue House on the Hill, This cozy little waterside home has THREE bedrooms with 3 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen, a beautiful screened in front porch perfect for summer nights watching the ferries arrive...plenty of room for the entire family. This house is is located close to all the Historic Triangle attractions including Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown , it is a quick five minute walk to the beach. we have installed a new stove and dishwasher to the house also.

You work the gate and as you push it open you realize the time you will spend on this sacred land connects you to more than 100 years of family gathering and balance with nature.
