Percorsi trekking idonei per tutte le capacità e la pista ciclabile Italo-svizzera, sono fuori dalla porta di casa... le cascate distano 10 minuti a piedi, il borgo di Chiavenna è a soli 3 km, il lago di Como a km 20 e l’affascinante Saint Moritz a 39 km.

Totalmente circondati dalla natura con una splendida vista sul Ghiacciaio del Monte Disgrazia. E' raggiungibile esclusivamente a piedi a 10 minuti dalla strada provinciale.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

My place is perfect for families and couples who would like to relax, walk into the woods and hike. Exclusive and quiet location to discover a real and clean contact with nature without giving up comfort. There will be a gift for you: organic products made by our farm Azienda Agricola Agneda, the best way to experience Valtellina's flavors.

Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. The Green Room - close to the ski lifts

Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Malix gehört zur Gemeinde Churwalden. Die Region ist als Ski, Fahrrad, Wander-Region sehr bekannt. Auch sonst bietet die Region alles erdenkliche an Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Hauptstadt von Graubünden ist Chur, diese Stadt hat auch kulturell sehr viel zu bieten.
