Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. 80 steps to a private beach - no highway crossing. This beach does NOT have lifeguards. The condo is great for small families or a couple that wants a little more room and is not fancy on purpose. There is no granite and the only stainless is the kitchen sink, My favorite reviews have included; ‘super-beachy vibe’, ‘cute’ and ‘magical’. Some people just get it. This is a simple, 3 seasons kind of joint.
