Our recently renovated apartment Poldo (30 m2), with its prime location, offers you tranquility within green surroundings, just a few minutes on foot away from the liveliness of the old town. We're just outside the city walls, next to Minčeta fortress and very close to Pile Old Town entrance as well as grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, laundries... You need parking? We've got one of the best located private parking spot in town. It's on premises, in a residents only area, and it's FREE!

Apartment KIWI II with cozy terrace

Newly renovated studio apartment located in a quiet area, only 10 minutes by foot from the center of Dubrovnik - the Old Town. The apartment has a big bedroom with double bed, flat-screen TV and air-condition, private bathroom, kitchenette and a spacious, cozy terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. NO PARKING! We don't have parking within our accomodation. There is free parking along the street above the apartment but it can be difficult to find a free space.

Welcome to Apartment Jolie, a stone Mediterranean house located on a small hill called Montovjerna. The house is surrounded by greenery, pine trees and a beautiful view of the sea, the bay and the island of Lokrum. On the spacious terrace you will be able to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. The Old City Walls are a fifteen minute walk away. One of the most visited beaches called Bellevue beach, which is reached by stairs, is located nearby the apartment.

The apartment is located within a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and just a few minutes walk to the nearby beaches. There are several caffee bars, restaurants and shops in vicinity. Supermarkets, malls, restaurants, bars and bus stop few minutes away by foot. 20 mins by foot to get to the Old Town Dubrovnik or minute away with a bus. The apartment has an elevator, so there are no stairs to reach it. The closest beach is 10 minutes away by foot. The apartment has a private parking space in the garage

Newly-built in 2022, our studio has AC, smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, private terrace, and parking. Bakery, shop, and pizzeria are 2 min away. Gruž port (7–10 min walk) offers restaurants, shops, and boat lines to Elafiti islands. Old Town is 20–25 min away — due to Dubrovnik’s very steep terrain, buses and taxis are commonly used.

The apartment Marta is located in a beautiful and quiet area of ​​Ploče. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town, and the nearest Banje beach is another 5 minutes away. There is a small balcony with a beautiful view of the Old Town, the Adriatic Sea and the island of Lokrum and a large terrace.
