An airy airconditioned apartment comprising an open plan layout with 2 single beds which can be joined to form a double bed, a sofa bed which opens up to 110cm width, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchen comprises a fridge with freezer, microwave with convection oven and grill, toaster, jug, double hotplate and all utensils. There are 2 ceiling fans, 2 stand fans, gas heater, another small heater, TV and free wifi. There is a nice terrace overlooking gardens and the possibility of using a washing machine, tumble drier, BBQ and roof. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift but the stairs are relatively low and comfortable. There is plenty of natural light and fresh air. The apartment is situated in a quiet area in Swieqi near the tourist areas of St.Julians and (website hidden). St.George's Bay is just 10 minutes walk away and so is Paceville which is the night life place in Malta with numerous bars, discos and restaurants. Within walking distance there are banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, meat shops, gym and bus stops.
