Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Swallow View, Umberleigh, North Devon

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Estuary View Town House - Barnstaple - North Devon

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

The Cider Lodge - Charming 1-Bed Annexe Retreat

We are Katherine and Mat Edwards, and together with our children, we live at Cider Cottage in the peaceful village of Swimbridge. We're delighted to welcome you to our cosy one-bedroom garden annexe, Cider Lodge. It's the perfect retreat for couples or solo travellers – and we're happy to welcome one well-behaved dog too. You have your own private space with access to our large, secure, shared garden where you can relax and spot local wildlife such as birds, deer and hedgehogs.

Swimbridge self-contained annexe

Nestled in the picturesque and friendly village of Swimbridge, the annexe at Willows is a comfortable and well equipped base for those looking to explore the beautiful local area of North Devon. Integrated in the main house, but with independent access and parking it is easy to feel at home. Relax or work (good WiFi) in the lounge and use the kitchenette to self-cater or head to the village pub 200m away. Great beaches 14 miles / Exmoor National Park 5 miles. Sorry no pets.

Cosy Shepherd's Hut in beautiful North Devon

Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! Want to come with others? How about hiring our second hut too.

Bur 1 Shepherd’s Hut

ADULT ONLY 17 AND OVER Get cosy and settle into this rustic, romantic space. Set in the grounds of a 600 year old, thatched Devon Longhouse, with lakes, beautifully designed and thoughtfully placed at an angle to ensure privacy. Inside has a kitchenette, log burner and en-suite shower, whilst outside there is a luxurious hot tub, covered decking area, BBQ and chiminea. An idyllic spot for snuggling up and stargazing.
