My home is comfortable, pleasant, relatively minimalist. Guests are welcome to make beverages, use fridge and prepare lunches, but cooking by arrangement. 2 mins to Broadway Shopping Centre, cinemas, cafes and restaurants; 5 mins to pool, gym. Short bus trip/ good walk to: Central Station, Darling Harbour, Paddy's Market, and the CBD. This is not a party house - no drugs or alcohol please.
