Escape to a lovingly reimagined modern A-frame home on the Burley Lagoon beachfront. Hot tub in a wooded sanctuary or wander down to your private beach and enjoy the clear waters filled with marine life. Kayak along the protected waters of the lagoon or adventure to Henderson Bay. The half-acre property has ample opportunities for play and exploration. The orchards and ponds offer a mix of manicured and wild landscapes. Keep an eye out for the bald eagles and other birds diving for fish nearby.

Private hot tub & porch, along with shared access to the dock for sun bathing, or swimming. Kayaks and paddle boards available upon request. Prepare a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or soak in the luxurious hot tub. Enjoy your own little slice of paradise. Just a short drive from I-5 and JBLM.

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

WINTER SPECIAL ☃️ Feb 2 - Mar 31 🌷 Only $109-$127/night! THE CROW'S NEST is a 739 sq ft, private, 2nd-story studio apartment above the detached garage of a waterfront home. It has 10' ceilings and is fully furnished with a private entrance. Walk down the path alongside the house & find incredible views of the bay and Mt Rainier. Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.

Enjoy our stand-alone studio on Wollochet Bay. Studio is above detached garage and is the guest house behind the waterfront home. Beach studio has private circular stairway entrance. Located on quiet and serene private lane only 7 miles to downtown Gig Harbor for historic fishing village strolls and great dining. Kayaks provided. 700-square-foot studio features three skylights, high ceilings, two sets of French doors, ceiling fan and lots of surrounding windows A/C. Wash/dry

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
