PLEASE NOTE: 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY. **GUESTS SHOULD READ RENTAL AGREEMENT AND HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. **BBQ and patio furniture are stored away during winter from NOV-APR!!

Studio has a Gas Fireplace, GoogleTV, Fast WiFi, YouTube TV for cable, granite countertops, instant hot water for tea or hot chocolate, motion faucet, ground floor unit, Patio with Adirondack chairs. Condo Clubhouse w/swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub is open year around, pool table, ping pong, fireplace and games.

From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

HIKING AND BIKING trails (snowshoeing and cross country skiing) and a FANTASTIC SLED HILL and are just outside my door. Yet, you are only 2 miles to the Beach; 6 miles from Northstar Ski Resort.
