Le T3 a été équipé pour tous vous réunir avec une table de salon de 1,60m idéale pour les apéro dinatoire et 2 tables (intérieure et extérieure)pour 12 convives. Chill by the pool or explore the local area and cuisine. Our converted barn is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to relax and just enjoy your holiday.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Dans un corps de ferme charentaise restaurée notre gîte chez l habitant vous accueille dans un écrin de verdure,. Une grande baie vitrée illumine le salon : Un mur de pierres naturelles habille l’espace cuisine, repas et le coin bureau- média. A l’extérieur, la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, un coin barbecue pour des repas à l’ombre d’un noyer centenaire … Un petit coin détente au bord de la piscine (hors sol) auprès du palmier et un jardin arboré de 3000m2 .

Maison Pontier, Riverside location.

Maison Pontier is the old bridge keepers house, (the bridge is long gone). It is on the quayside with easy parking and super access to the river (we swim here in the summer). It is quiet but well situated in the village with just a short walk to the excellent boulangerie, general shop, boules court and 3 restaurants, a very short walk along the river bank, ideal for for an evening glass of wine whilst you watch the sun go down.
