Situated close to the main centre of Tairua, Diamond Retreat is a newly refurbished, modern self contained studio separate from the owners home. Tairua is a small beachside community with lovely cafes and restaurants only a 5 minute walk from here. 2 Hours S.E. of Auckland Tairua is a great town to base yourself to see the main attractions of the Coromandel. Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove within a 30 minute drive.We have a beautiful safe harbour, a surf beach and great fishing and diving.

Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

Perched on a slope of Mount Paku, this private apartment offers 2 bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchenette and plenty of outdoor space with sweeping views in every direction. Only 2 min drive (15 min hike) to the beach or 5-10 min walk up to the famous Paku summit. Or venture out to town for some local crafts and a cosy dinner. There is so much to do from kayaking, to chartered fishing adventures, Hot Water beach & Cathedral Cove a short drive away. The house works well for couples, business travellers, families. Linen is included in the cleaning fee, so bedding & towels are excellent quality. Beach towels can be provided on request for an additional charge.
