The location is one exit from River City Marketplace and the Jacksonville airport, providing over 100 restaurants and retailer options.

We previously hosted our entire bungalow home in the Historic Springfield District of Jacksonville. We have now made this our primary residence and have reserved a bedroom with attached full bath and separate private entrance for guests. Sitting under 2 miles from TIAA Jaguars Field, Vystar Arena, Prime Osborne Convention Center, Daily’s Place and the Florida Theatre. Beyond downtown is easy as you will be only a few blocks from I95, I10 and 4 major bridges to all parts of Jacksonville.
