Discover this charming gem nestled in the heart of Medford, Oregon! This enchanting 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom cottage is a centrally located and offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The sofa in the living room is a hide-a-bed which can sleep 2 additional people. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and more! For the safety and security of our guests, we do have an outdoor camera monitoring common areas.

One mile off interstate. This beautiful craftsman airbnb was built in 2019. and the attention to detail shows. Entire private house, large yard, washer/dryer, full kitchen, tiled shower, and upstairs with additional living space and bedroom. Close to Ashland, Jacksonville and Medford. Walking distance to the Phoodery, Clyde’s corner, and mini market. Space is not suitable for toddlers or elderly due to steep stairs leading to bedrooms.

Creekside Retreat Close to Town

You will be a 10 minute drive from Downtown Ashland and feel like you are out in the country. The home sits on 8 private acres and has river frontage and a beach on the year round Emigrant Creek. There are beautiful views in all directions of mountains, trees and wildlife. The home is a two story residential barn built in 2012 and remodeled in 2022 (the main living quarters is upstairs).

Phoenix Rising (Sleeps 10)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a half acre yard full of fruit and shade trees along with a gas BBQ. Games for the family: Corn hole, pool table, outdoor Jenga. Several restaurants within walking distance. Wheelchair & stroller accessible park across the street at Blue Heron Park along Bear Creek Greenway.

The bedroom is set up for one person - a super comfy single bed, with all-cotton sheets. Private bath is a few steps away. Ventilating windows, ceiling fan and a/c or heat thermostat in room. Easy walk to restaurants, parks, library, bus line, groceries. I will be away so you will most likely have the place all to yourself!
