UnderOaks is an amazing open floor plan (no closed off bedroom) of approximately 375 sf. The unit used to be a detached garage and has now been turned into a standalone guest house. It has a queen size bed, couch, full kitchen (no oven) and full bathroom. I live onsite and this is my only bnb and all work was complleted by me. Only a 3 min from Armature Works (start of Riverwalk); 8 min to downtown/convention center, and 10 min to Tampa International Airport. Terrific location!

'Big' Tiny House in Historic Ybor City

We designed this little house with a little more room than your typical tiny house, and it's a bit more modern than the 'shotgun shacks' in the neighborhood. The house is centrally located in historic Ybor City, Tampa -- three blocks from the main drag of 7th avenue, and less than five minutes from the cruise terminal, Amalie Arena, Tampa convention center, and downtown. Designed and built by us in 2018.
