Discover our charming, detached holiday home in the idyllic mountain world of Lungau, a perfect spot for nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts. Located just about 500 meters from the ski slope and close to fascinating hiking trails, this welcoming home is nestled on a hill in the village of St. Margarethen, offering the ideal combination of accessible location and peaceful tranquility. A fireplace and high-quality furnishings ensure a cozy stay after an active day. Inside, you’ll find comfort and coziness with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a spacious living-dining area with cable TV and a wood-burning stove, and a shower room with a SAUNA on the ground floor. The sleeping quarters upstairs consist of three blackout bedrooms, each equipped with TV and balcony access, and an additional bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A washing machine and a dryer for exclusive use are also available to meet the needs of every guest. The outdoor area of the house invites you to relax with a generous terrace and a garden designated for exclusive use. Equipped with lounge furniture, an additional seating area, barbecue facilities, sun loungers, and a parasol, you’ll find everything you need for restful hours outdoors. Two parking spaces are available for our guests to ensure a worry-free stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking house and that pets over 60 cm in size are welcome.
