This is a one of a kind, tiny home built on a 1970 Chevrolet C50 farm truck! The truck is on a spacious private lot on the Tangipahoa River conveniently located 6 miles from Ponchatoula & 45 miles from New Orleans. The truck home is fully stocked for a perfect getaway including a kitchen, bathroom, queen bed in the bedroom, couch sleeper, AC/heat, an outside gazebo, and WIFI for remote work. Enjoy fishing, boating, bird watching, evening fires, and nature at our peaceful water front home.

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

The Pool, Lake, Sand Volleyball and Park are shared with all other STR guest.

The main one is the Famous Sun Buns Bar and Grill that is located right next door. You can literally walk out the camps front door and walk there since the dock is attached to Sun Buns and our other camps.

At Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore RV Resort, this deluxe cottage provides accommodations for up to 6 guests. There is a full bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. It is 10 minutes to local dining and 45 minutes to Baton Rouge and/or New Orleans. There are 4 kayaks available!
