Tiene los servicios tradicionales de un hotel, pero con la ventaja de que uno paga sólo lo que consume de alimentos y bebidas, ya que el departamento cuenta con cocina completa, vajilla, batería, platos, vasos, etcétera (el supermercado más cercano se llama super che, que es un chedrahui en toda forma para el abastecimiento de todos los víveres).
