Lejligheden ligger lige ved et busstoppested og i gåafstand til Tivoli, Rådhuspladsen og Metro. Islands Brygge har masser af liv, badning og hygge om sommeren og er en mere stille landsby i byen om vinteren. I lejligheden er der dog altid roligt. Vores lejlighed ligger i et skønt familievenligt område i gå afstand til centrum. Den ligger lige ud til Københavns Havn, som er meget ren og hvor københavnerne bader om sommeren. Her er ingen trafik, da det er for enden af en vej og her er ikke fester og larm, som i den gamle del af Islands Brygge. Med byens gangbroer og cykel broer er du tæt på byen og alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Lejligheden er bygget i 2018 og er lys og moderne indrettet med alt hvad du skal bruge.
