The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Walk to the shop for supplies and take-aways, or 5 minutes drive to South Arm to a great cafe, RSL club and pharmacy. Unique totally beach front cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and all the extras you enjoy at home. Wood heater with Netflix and Sing Star. Close to bus stop and RSL. Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

A shack shaped by love and salt air. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Come drift for a while.

Fully self contained, the cottage is all yours to enjoy. You’ll meet the friendly wild life as you explore the surrounding bush land. On day two, why not book the private cedar outdoor Hot tub!

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

A simple life by the sea…. Breakwater Lodge is our hideaway. A refuge from everyday life. Fishing, sleeping, reading, snuggling in bed, cozying up to the wood fire with a glass of wine in hand, meandering along the beach, private boat sheds or fossicking for mussels on the lichen covered rocks…… a place where we can dream.
