Construction is ongoing due to Hurricane Ian. Our Pools are Now OPEN. We do have grills available on site, far end of parking lot by Bldg. 1 and 2. We will update our listing as soon as that changes. You will see/hear heavy construction equipment and workers during your stay. Inside of our condo is construction free and you do have access to the balcony! Our rates have been reduced to accommodate the construction, and no additional discounts will be given.
