Within walking distance of public beach restaurants, and Courtney Campbell trail. Resort doesn't have access to the beach.

If you are looking to stay in a quite and safe place here in the Sunshine estate, this may be the right place for you. This a gated condo with beautiful sunset offer lot of amenities . Kick back relax enjoy a nice cold beverage while watching the sunset and you might see a some dolphins. This location is 28 miles from honeymoon island ,36 miles from clearwater beach and 15 miles from weeki wachee spring. There is also great restaurants nearby and trail walks.

Modern and very cozy one-bedroom condo, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient big kitchen space and bathroom. King bed in master. Sleeping sofa in the living room. All appliances, kitchen pots, and all you need to make yourself home. TV in the living room and Master. Full cable. Fast WiFi. Roku. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler. 10 min from Clearwater Beach. 20 min from the airport. I put a lot of <3 INTO! You will feel at home in my place!!

Walk-in distance to Publix grocery store and nearby restaurants. Location is central with short distance to nearby beaches, attractions and other nearby towns. Great access from Tampa Airport 20 minutes and 1.5/hours drive from Orlando airport and Disney World This location is loved by “snowbirds”
