You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. This home is very close to the beach. Walk through a walking gate and you are at the beach. The key to the gate is on the key ring. Chris's place is on ground level and is in a quiet area it has every thing you would need for a great holiday. Close to wineries and all amenities. It is a child friendly home with high chair and baby bath if needed. A few games are available together with an outside BBQ. There is a single car garage for your use.
