Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.

We are situated about a 10 min drive to beginning of northern end of Abel Tasman Nat Park. Continental Breakfast which includes cereals, fresh fruit,bread,milk and spreads. We have two rooms available, both of which you will have to yourselves on booking. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other in the main area has a King size bed. Also separate laundry/toilet/shower area. Private entry and completely private to our upstairs dwelling. We are also a very quiet household so keep that in mind

Large bi-folding doors open onto a deck where you can totally relax, enjoy a cold beer, sink into a quirky hot tub and soak up the sea views. Its in a great location and a great base to explore Golden Bay from. Enjoy getting back to the basics, dozing in a hammock, a friendly weka or two and a spectacular night sky.
