This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Situated on the edge of Calverts lagoon nature reserve we welcome you to our little piece of paradise. From your door walk to explore the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach. Enjoy star gazing and hunting the Aurora Australis from your private deck. Located near South Arm (5 min) and Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a unique and detailed guest book. Perfect for a little get away to relax or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

Happy Nest

Happy Nest is an apartment which is half of the main house at NutGarden. The house has been partitioned to make two residences. Happy Nest contains a bedroom, a large living area, a kitchen and shower/toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the living space as well as the double bed in the bedroom. The house was built by owner/ host Kim Clark who lives on the property with his partner Chintana. The spectacular location is in the rainforest of the World Heritage Region of the Great Western Tiers

Tamar Rest

This stylish, spacious, one bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort. You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local vino on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

Studio

Enjoy the opportunity to stay in one of Derwent Valleys Grand Designs. This spacious studio space expanded over the bottom floor of the house, offers a queen size double bed, ensuite, full kitchen, dining table and living area. National Park is located in the upper Derwent Valley. The accomodation is 5min drive to Mt Field National Park. Maydena bike park just a 15min drive up the road. There is an abundance of beautiful walks with a selection of river valleys, waterfalls and giant trees.

Brady's River View Studio Apartment

The Studio Apartment with its Mediterranean flair is located in an unique position in the heart of one of Tassie’s best wine regions. With spectacular views overlooking the wide flowing Tamar River it is the perfect space to enjoy some relaxing days and amazing sunsets. Also some wildlife is bouncing around the Studio at night. In the fruit season you’re welcome to pick your own raspberries or other seasonal fruit from our orchards and simply enjoy what our little paradise has to offer.

Perfectly designed for couples, our newly built haven offers breathtaking ocean views, a private sauna, outdoor shower and an outdoor bathtub (cold plunge or hot) with views to live for ! ideal for relaxing under the stars. Access is via the rock stairs at the front of the property. Unwind by the fire pit with the waves as your soundtrack at Tasmania’s stunning East Coast.

Ocean View Retreat- unit: Diamond Island

Stunning views across the sea and warm winter sunshine. Spend your day exploring the nearby National Parks, glorious beaches or vineyards and by night watch the nocturnal animals that frequent the front garden. Enjoy the serenity! Ocean View Villa is set on a semi-rural property and is a short drive from Bicheno shops. The unit occupies half of the downstairs area of villa and accommodates 4 people with the queen bed in the living area and single beds in the bedroom.

Graces View - Room with a View (near Cygnet)

Graces View soaks in the stunning views of the Huon River and Hartz Mountains, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Only 50 minutes from Hobart. The private studio accommodation is stylishly and comfortably furnished with thoughtful touches. Graces View is also the ideal base to explore the delights of Huon Valley. Close to Cygnet cafes and shops, plus galleries, artisan studios, restaurants, markets, wineries, Bruny Island, Hastings Caves and the Tahune Forest.

Relaxing dog-friendly rural retreat

Prospect@Premaydena is situated on a quiet rural road, surrounded by farmland and bush. It is 5 minutes drive from the nearest little township, Nubeena, and provides a perfect base for exploring all that the Tasman Peninsula has to offer. The house yard is well-fenced and secure and well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not any other pets. (Note: there is further information below regarding bringing your dog(s). Please read it before making your booking.)
