The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

For the summer months we have a swimming pool. We aim to make your stay relaxing and trouble-free. If there is anything we can do for you please don't hesitate to ask. On another note, please do not bring any cooking equipment. There is to be no cooking in the unit. Previous guests have ruined this option.

The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. Newly renovated. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchen items, the kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.
