The cottage sits in a tucked-away corner of Calstock, away from the roads, giving it a quiet, almost timeless setting. Inside, you’ll find the cozy proportions and simple features you’d expect from an old Cornish dwelling with sense of warmth that makes it feel instantly welcoming.

A beautiful bathroom with a clawfoot bath and a separate wet room shower, and two bedrooms (1 single). Please note, there are no laundry facilities.

A lovely cosy barn conversion with beautiful views over the Tamar Valley. Located on a working farm of over 240 acres, in the heart of the Tamar Valley, The Granary is a single storey stone, semi-detached barn conversion with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The holiday cottage has a shared field and play area for children or Dogs to use. We only allow 1 well behaved dog per stay.
