Enjoy a relaxed stay in Point Howard, at the start of Eastbourne. Looking for something different? Our beautiful Ian Athfield designed home, has a self-contained annexe with its own entrance. Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

Close to the Botanic Gardens and a short bus ride or walk to the city centre. Access is through a carport (where you are welcome to park your car), up a dozen or so steps & across a deck to a private entrance at the back. The Airbnb is a bedroom with queen-sized bed, small desk, armchair & TV. Tea/coffee/milk & basic breakfast on arrival. No living room or kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, & iron/board. Bathroom has separate shower & bath. Cleaning is included - no extra charges!

I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Green Apple Cabin

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Urban Forest Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, private, stylish studio nestled in an urban forest and just a few minutes walk to the beach and 15mins to the CBD/8mins to airport. Stay in and enjoy a morning coffee while listening to native bird song or eat alfresco on the private deck which gets afternoon and evening sun. Go out and explore the south coast with the beach & bush walks less than 10mins walk from your door.
