Rustic beachfront bach

Comfortable, homely beach bach overlooking the ocean. The space has two bedrooms and open plan living area and kitchen. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES. Duvets, blankets, pillows and towels provided. The undercover deck is the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

Surrounded my trees it is very peaceful. We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard and electric bikes.

Havelock North House - No Cleaning Fees

A three bedroom home on back section. Walking or short drive to all the wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and wineries that Havelock North has to offer. Private location yet only a few minutes from the village centre. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, open plan kitchen/living area with heat pump and ranch slider that open out onto a deck leading onto the private garden.
