Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
