Its gotta be about location, right ! You wont miss us, you will either love or hate the bright turquoise blue exterior. Everything you want to explore is right outside the door of our motel. We are situated in a primo part of town, a 1 minute walk to Buffalo beach and the town centre. The ferry, local cafes and restaurants, all an easy 5 min stroll. Being a budget motel the rooms have no kitchens, however there's a kettle and little fridge for your use and of course a BBQ in the garden area.

Our three Garden Cottages are larger than our Garden Studios and a wonderful option for a romantic getaway or long weekend. In each cottage you will find a queen bed, plump pillows, feather duvet and an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. The window divan bed is a perfect place to read a book or view the garden, and can be made up as a single bed on request. There is also a smart TV, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with fresh milk for tea and coffee.

This 100 years old Manor was lovingly refurbished in 2013. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge with a homely feel, The kitchen and lounge are communal . We have tried to provide a homely environment which you can enjoy while on business or on holiday. Many of the restaurants and cafes are only a short 5 minute walk away. When in season, enjoy a piece of fruit from one of the fruit trees in Cherie's edible garden. We provide a fully smoke free environment and offer free WIFI.
