AC and Starlink We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.

Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse and pony next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

You can chill out in the bright living room, cook in the full kitchen, and you can get a good night’s sleep in air-conditioned bedrooms. Take peaceful walks by the lake or you can relax in the garden. And the best part? For every night you stay, we donate $10 to help treat the awesome NICU staff to lunch at the hospital.
