Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Our private suite is located in a quiet, established neighborhood, yet we are five minutes from I-24 and less than ten minutes from excellent shopping and dining at The Avenue and the surrounding area. Free off-street parking for one or two vehicles is just a step away from your door. When you stay in our bnb, you'll have a separate entrance, so feel free to live as privately as you would like, but we're available if you need anything. We find that meeting new people always enriches us!

The inside has been completely remodeled so everything is new. Large bedroom and bath. Full kitchen. 60” smart TV w Hulu Live, Netflix etc. Please reach out to us at anytime during your stay for advice on anything Nashville. Home is on a hill overlooking Bellevue One shopping/restaurant district which is only 1 mile down the road. Private entrance and separate parking area and driveway. Guests have the lower level of home which features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen (with full-size fridge, sink, and dishwasher), living room, W/D, and separate back patio to enjoy the view.
