Easy walk to many antique shops, nice charity shops, cafés, pubs, micro brewery, steam railway station. 2 supermarkets. Great base for exploring the local area, with castles, beaches, gardens, vineyards and aerodrome, all a short drive away. There are many National Trust places nearby. Little House has heating, wood burner, washer dryer and dishwasher. Selection of DVDs and books.

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.

Setts Wood Cottage is a spacious cottage nestled down a private, tranquil lane, only a couple of miles outside of Tenterden with views towards the church. Perfectly positioned to explore Tenterden and the surrounding villages, yet only a short drive to Rye, Camber Sands and several other beaches. Hastings and Battle are only 30 minutes away. Ashford International Station is 12 miles away with fast trains to both London and the Continent. Close to 3 well known vineyards.

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

14th-Century House in Rye's Historic Citadel

Hucksteps is a medieval, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house centrally located in the Citadel of Rye. Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms are round the cobbly corner.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden.
