On the corner of 4th and Mary, in the corner of the historic Behrens Warehouse, "The Corner" loft is a vintage appointed 3 bedroom/ 2 bath industrial loft in the heart of the Silo District of downtown Waco. Leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up. Free on-site street parking at the building.

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

Great for couples (2 adults only, no children under 18) or executives on business. The Loft is a lovely, private retreat above our detached garage located here at Ranch di Serenita. A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.
