Welcome to Wildflower retreat. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at our cozy comfortable luxury getaway. Experience peace and quiet on 5 secluded acres of beautiful pristine country meadowland. If you are lucky, some cows will stop by and say hello! Nature is celebrated here. We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

Blue Ridge Texas Ranch Escape

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Enjoy our charming, completely renovated 1907 Victorian farmhouse in Gordonville, Texas. It's located within 5 minutes of several Lake Texoma marinas with close proximity to the heart of North Texas horse country. For those wanting to get away to the lake, venture in to Whitesboro or just enjoy a little time in the country, this home can provide a place to stay close by. The open concept main floor and the four bedrooms can easily accommodate families or several couples.

Tiny House with Firepit, Grill, and 3.5 Acre Pond

Whether you’re wanting to try out tiny house living, here for a wedding, or just looking to get away from the city our Tiny Pearl is the perfect Paradise getaway! The tiny house is located at the back of our property nestled in the trees and faces toward the 148 acres behind us so you will have total privacy. Cruise down the backroads while you pass through all the fields of green and tons of beautiful land full of wildlife! Come experience country living in a tiny house!

Alpaca Adventure

We hope you will enjoy a slice of our paradise. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy the simple life. You are typically greeted by our crew of curious doggies, nosy alpacas and chickens. All in hopes of attention or scraps! Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the pool or explore downtown. We are a NON SOKING Property! Our guest house is completely updated and ready to accommodate guests for work, family or a couple’s getaway. We look forward to your stay.

The Oasis- Pool & Hot tub @ Oak Meadow Ranch

The Oasis is shabby Chic glamper that is tucked In the woods of a family working Ranch! It is tranquil yet exciting as we have added exotic animals to make your experience over the top. Come sit back, enjoy cocktails , and escape every day life. There is something for everyone at our ranch! **Our dining experiences/ animal tours are NOT included and are an additional cost that needs to be booked separately. The restaurant is closed on Mondays & Wednesdays.

Cozy Country Caboose #1- Couples Getaway

Stay in our 1927 Caboose. It has everything you need for your trip. You will have free Wi-Fi to cozy up on the couch or sip free coffee/ tea outside around the fire. Play with the goats, feed the chickens and pig, or pet the horse. 5 minutes to a Winery, within 30 miles to 3 Casinos, 31 miles to Buc-ee's, and a little over an hour to Dallas.
