Take It Easy - la petit is located on 1/2 acre

TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. Paris Junior College is 5 minutes away and Paris Eiffel Tower dons a red cowboy hat! Come, enjoy!

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Guest house approximately 6-8 miles from Winstar Casino. Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or coming for a show at Winstar we are the best game in town. Especially economical and very private. Nestled on the edge of 280 acres of family land this is truly a diamond in the rough. You can cook for yourself or steal away to the Casino for a gourmet-meal. Covered parking. We believe a clean place is best and will not disappoint you.
