Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for Canterbury, Whitstable and the coast. We allow one good dog. The room and bathroom has MVHR , which is a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system which keeps the air circulating.

For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!

Draycot is a beautiful Victorian bungalow situated in the heart of Cliftonville. The Front of House is a large, sunny room with wooden shutters to the front bay and 2 side windows. A quirky, peaceful space for 1/2 people with a luxury SUPER KINGSIZE BED (6' x 6'6"). Tea/coffee/milk & toiletries are provided in the room. We're near Walpole Bay Beach & Tidal Pool, Shops & Old Town, Theatres, Eateries, Bars, Parks & The Viking Trail.

Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
