Located in the center of Kavala, a two-storey maisonette with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor and a living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. Barbecue patio in front of the entrance and backyard with sitting area. 5 minutes to the central beach on a flat road. Supermarkets, cafes, taverns and pharmacies are within walking distance. The historical part of the city is 15 minutes on foot. The nearest airports are Kavala and Thessaloniki

Additionally, it has a new smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and other small electric appliances. The beach is downstairs, accessible only to the nearby apartments.
