It previously operated as the beloved Hudson City Bed & Breakfast for over 35 years, and now under new ownership, as The Waterman House.

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Walk to town , pizza and more. Great place to relax after a day of exploring Litchfield county and the Berkshires.

Front & side decks, are perfect for relaxing. Access great cafes, shops & cultural delights in Norfolk. The nearby Ellen Battell Stoeckel Estate hosts Yale's Summer Chamber Music Concert series. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.

Learn every day farm life from helping gather the 200 eggs daily and morning chores of caring for and feeding the petting zoo animals.
