Studio is one of 7 units—galley kitchen (no cooktop) with 180 degree views (1) Qn Size Bed. Walk to Town & restaurants. Modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples/single. Outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.

(Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway

North Fork 10 Miles: Shop: Tanger Outlets and Wineries, Breweries. Beach Chairs/Towels and Bikes are available upon request.
