This is a beautiful little pub with the best fries! Do a great roast and has a lovely atmosphere if you have a car to drive out - it’s worth it! :)

Walking to the Juggs from Rottingdean is not for the faint hearted but the views are spectacular and the start of the walk is at Whiteways Lane at the back of the cottage.

You can walk over the Downs to this 14th Century pub from Pear Tree cottage. It takes about 2 hours each way, 6.2 miles away. Sometimes up the road from the pub towards the Downs there is a pop up Pizza place in the farm yard.
