Hands down the best Xiao Long Bao in Hong Kong (in my opinion, after trying and comparing many across Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). It is set in a casual dining atmosphere with comfortable booth seatings. Order a basket (or two) of their signature xiao long bao ($88 for 8pcs), though my favorite go-to are the Original and Truffle. Complete with Chilled Black Fungus in Peppercorn Vinaigrette and Dan Dan Noodles. Call up to book especially if you have a large group.
